The Global Apprenticeship Hub is an innovative program by The Ike Odoeme Foundation that empowers young people with skills, knowledge, and connections to build successful careers. From local apprenticeships to international opportunities, this initiative opens doors to economic empowerment and sustainable livelihoods
Key Activities
Local Apprenticeships: Partnering with leading businesses in Nigeria to provide hands-on training and mentorship.
International Exposure: Offering select youths the opportunity to apprentice abroad, with all expenses—flights, accommodation, and stipends—covered by TIOF.
Capacity Building: Conducting workshops on business development, financial literacy, and networking to prepare participants for real-world challenges.
Impact Over the Years
Over 100 youths have gained employable skills and launched successful careers. Economic growth in communities through the establishment of youth-led businesses. Empowered young leaders driving change in their industries.
